Casey House offers non-judgmental compassionate care to clients living with HIV/AIDS. We look forward to meeting, welcoming, and caring for every client who comes through our doors. If you know someone who might benefit from Casey House, we’d love to hear from you.

Casey House has a centralized intake for all programs including inpatient, day health and community care.  We accept referrals from those living with HIV, families, friends, hospitals, community providers, family doctors and AIDS service organizations.  To access Casey House services, clients need to be HIV+, 18 years or older and require the health services of the inter-professional team to address their complex health needs.

Please note that admissions to Casey House are determined by health care priority. We maintain a waiting list to ensure that client referrals are served in priority sequence. The only exception to this process is for respite, for which clients can stay in for up to two weeks. There is typically a two to three month waiting list for our respite beds which are open to active Casey House clients.

All clients must participate in our intake process prior to being admitted as a client of Casey House.

If you’d like to refer a client, friend or family member to Casey House, please call 416-962-7600 and ask for intake or dial 416-962-4040 ext. 281.
