Volunteering at Casey House
Volunteers have been an integrated, essential component of Casey House and our services, administration, governance and fund raising since our inception in 1988. More than 150 volunteers provide vital services, programs and support to our residents and the Hospice, and more than 200 volunteers assist with the planning and implementation of fund raising activities and events each year.Click here to learn more about the variety of ways volunteers support Casey House
At Casey House we are proud to offer volunteer-based programs, services, events & activities that are professional, comprehensive and unique. To continue this high level of excellence, volunteers are asked to participate in appropriate screening and training prior to their start, as well as being placed by our Coordinator of Volunteer Programming into an opportunity that matches their skills, availability, commitment and interest. Volunteering at Casey House also offers a number of benefits for volunteers that can be used both in the agency and in the community.

NEW! Casey House is also proud to launch an exciting new interactive, online Volunteer Information Centre (VicNet) exclusively for current, trained Casey House volunteers. VicNet enables volunteers to check their schedules, sign up for events, shifts and workshops, keep their information current, get ongoing updates about the agency and even change their schedules.
