As a person affected by HIV/AIDS progresses through the disease they will experience various needs, and require different levels of care across a continuum. Casey House's Model of Care positions the client to access services based on their current needs. The Model of Care enables us to fill their needs when appropriate, or facilitate the appropriate care with other service providers.
