Next Steps

HIV/AIDS is evolving - and so is the Casey House Model of Care. The updated model is based on values that Casey House has always espoused.

In response to HIV/AIDS, our vision remains relevant and vital. We:

Show compassion, with generosity of spirit
Trust and respect
Embrace diversity
Communicate, and
Demonstrate accountability to meet the current and emerging needs of our clients and communities.

Fundamentally, the updated Model of Care calls for:

further collaboration and integration
expanded networks and partnerships
increased support for clients to identify their needs and preferred solutions, and
a supportive case management practice.

Over the next few years, Casey House will work to implement all aspects of the Model of Care and provide frequent opportunities for clients, staff and the community to offer feedback.
