Thanks to Mr Leatherman Toronto for your support of Casey House! As designated by the 2009 title holders, Casey House was the proud beneficiary of funds raised throughout the year by Mr. Leatherman Toronto (MLT). "Salute" was held on November 26th, and pictured below are Peter Dillon (Mr. Leatherman Toronto 2009), Stephanie Karapita (CEO, Casey House), Greg McDowell (Bootblack Toronto 2009) and Corey Breau (Mr Leather Fellowship 2009). Other MLT fundraisers for Casey House included raffle sales, a bake sale and a leather swap. Thanks MLT for your terrific support!

On November 18, 2009, rock band Fish Head held a benefit for Casey House's Child Care Fund, raising over $22,000!! The benefit at the Horseshoe Tavern included fabulous music (of course!) and a very successful silent auction. Honorary MC for the evening was Robert Herjavec from TV's "The Dragons' Den" and "Shark Tank", pictured below with KPMG's Beth Wilson (left) and Casey House CEO Stephanie Karapita (centre). Thanks to the event organizers, musicians and attendees for your wonderful support of Casey House!

Zelda's Drag Idol 2009: The wildest, wackiest exdragavanza on Church Street! Thanks to Michael Swann and all who participated, you raised over $10,000 for Casey House!

Do you have a ground-breaking idea?  Do you want to do something with your family, friends or co-workers for a good cause that’s a little bit different? Why not hold a fabulous event on behalf of Casey House? 

Whether you’re an individual, business, community group, school or service club... a community fundraiser can be a fun and rewarding way to generate valuable funds for, and awareness of, Casey House and the great work we do. Big or small every dollar raised makes a difference in the lives of people living with HIV/AIDS. Proceeds from community fundraisers help to support Casey House Community Program.

If you are interested in holding an event to benefit Casey House, please read and endorse the Community Events Policies and Guidelines and submit along with a completed Community Events Proposal Form by mail to Casey House, Attention: Janice Basilone, 119 Isabella Street, Toronto, ON M4Y 1P3 or by fax 416-962-5595. Casey House will contact you after we have reviewed your application.
