Proceeds for Casey House raised though Art of the Barrel directly support the Emerging Artists Collection of Art with Heart, raising much-needed funds for Casey House community programs.
Mark S. Bonham, a leading supporter of Casey House and the former owner of Stoney Ridge Estate Winery, is the driving force behind this novel initiative. Bonham has donated the oak wine barrels for transformation into contemporary works of art by competing students at OCAD. By joining this event as a sponsor, you’ll gain access to ownership of one of these unique pieces of contemporary art.

Presenting Master Sponsor $20,000 - Ownership of John Scott unique Barrel Art. John Scott is an alumnus and instructor at OCAD and has been at the forefront of Canadian contemporary art for nearly two decades. His work is much sought after by museums and galleries across the country.
Collecting Sponsor $10,000 - Ownership of Student Barrel Art. Talented fourth-year students from OCAD will compete to reinvent the barrels and transform them into collectable contemporary works of art. Each student will be sponsored by an art patron or corporate sponsor who, in turn, will be able to display the completed barrel art to promote their business and demonstrate their community support for vital healthcare, education and cultural programs.
