Partnerships
Casey House is committed to collaboration. We’re working with partner agencies in order to develop a new, integrated health service model that will deliver enhanced care and improve overall benefits to people living with HIV/AIDS.Our Strategic Plan emphasizes collaboration and the development of ongoing partnerships. We value the expertise and knowledge of other HIV/AIDS service providers. As Casey House moves forward we will strive at all times to foster a collaborative spirit with health care organizations and other agencies that serve people living with HIV/AIDS.
Our current partnerships include:
St. Michael’s Hospital
Casey House and St. Michael’s Hospital have enjoyed a fulfilling collaborative relationship since Casey House opened in 1988. St. Michael’s provides necessary supports such as the supply of prescription drugs, health records support, employee health services and participation on the Board of Directors.
Toronto HIV/AIDS Network (THN)
Casey House is proud to be actively involved in the Toronto HIV/AIDS Network. THN focuses on Toronto’s HIV/AIDS services overall, not on individual organizations, with a ten point plan to make a positive difference for people who are living with, affected by, and/or are at risk of HIV/AIDS by improving the system of service delivery in Toronto.
Toronto HIV/AIDS Network Housing Partnership
Casey House is active in the THN Housing Partnership to further meet the needs of Toronto’s HIV/AIDS hard-to-house population.
Fife House
Casey House works closely with Fife House through a formal partnership agreement with respect to volunteer services. We’re also engaged in a coordinated effort to successfully transition clients back into the community.
Sherbourne Health Centre
